Zendesk: How to enable unsafe scripts

4 STEPS

1. If the tutorial you embedded into Zendesk is showing only the step list and not the iorad player you'll need to enable unsafe scripts in Zendesk to allow the player to display.

The first step is to open Guide admin and click settings

2. Click Display unsafe content

3. Click Update

4. That's it. You're done.  Your guide can now play iorad tutorials.
