9. Type Telephone

   

10. Click Company*

    

11. Type Company*

    

12. Click Job Title*

    

13. Type Job Title*

    

14. Click Comments*

    

15. Type Comments*

    

16. Click Yes to accept the privacy policy.

    

17. Click Submit

    

18. That's it. You're done.  Wait for someone from alfapeople to call you back.
